[Patch] RPM support for JIRA (v6.4.4)

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA is currently not offered with any standard OS packaging, and makes life difficult for admins.

      The attached patch provides both an RPM spec file and init script for JIRA, just drop the atlassian-jira-6.4.4.tar.gz file into the SOURCES directory and build from the spec with "rpmbuild -bb atlassian-jira.spec".
