Integrity Check for fields duplicated on tabs of the same screen

Problem Definition

Ideally JIRA doesn't make it possible when configuring screens to add fields to a tab, if that field has already been added to another tab on the same screen. However, it appears that in some rare case of database integrity issue, where a field occurs in more than one tab of the same screen, JIRA is unable to detect this situation or correct it automatically.

Suggested Solution

Have some integrity check in JIRA to detect fields occurring in more than one tab.
