      Problem:
      Disabling ServiceRocket plugins causes JIRA issues to not load

      Steps To Reproduce:
      1. Go to Manage Add-ons
      2. Disable the following

      • ServiceRocket Core Connector - Plugin
      • ServiceRocket JIRA Connector - Plugin
      • ServiceRocket Salesforce.com Connector Plugin - Plugin

      3. Try to load an issue

      Tested in JIRA v6.5-OD-03-002

      Expectations:
      Issues should continue to operate without having ServiceRocket enabled/installed
