When the browser window is resized, the Issue Link screen does not resize itself properly, and sometimes causes the buttons at the bottom to go out of sight. The scroll bar does not help because it only scrolls the inside of the Issue Link window, and not the footer containing the buttons.

In the Create Issue screen, this is done gracefully and we can see the footer is always shown despite the browser window being resized: CreateIssueResize.png
