Configuring JIRA Options documentation in Cloud Space need to be updated

      In the page Configuring JIRA Options there are couple of options which are not configurable in JIRA Cloud and that does confuse the customer.

      Options that are not configurable in JIRA Cloud

      1. General Settings: Mode
        This is only configurable in user management page : https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/Cloud/Enabling+Self+Sign+Up
      2. General Settings: CAPTCHA on signup
      3. Options : Internet Explorer MIME Sniffing Security Hole Workaround Policy
      4. Maximum Authentication Attempts Allowed

      Suggestion

      We should include the line "(info) This option is not available for JIRA Cloud." for the features listed above.
