      Requesting a suggestion for additional JIRA functionality as below

      1. user opens create screen
      2. user selects a custom field value (i.e. "category" = "Development" )
      3. the issue types shown are filtered and users can choose only one of the following: bug, improvement, new feature
      4. when user selects the other custom field value (i.e. "category" = "Service" )
      5. the issue types shown are just support, training
