Admin > Add Link does nothing

      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      It appears that the new layout has broken the link for Adding a new field, under the admin button dropdown (the dropdown you get next to issue operation buttons on the view issue page.). However if you open the task in a new window by itself, the link works.
