More control over user's shared options in filters and dashboards

      As administrator, I'd like to have an option to change permissions for existing shared objects created by different users. Some options maybe:

      • override permission for shared objects and do it in bulk
      • option to assign "all users" permission to only specific group
      • option to restrict selecting all users permission
