It would be really nice if I could share ownership of filters and dashboards with others. I need to create multiple dashboards and filters for novice users and then I have to update them all the time. I can change the ownership, but until they get used to Jira it would be nice to jointly own the filters and dashboards, so they could modify them and I could also. This way it would encourage people to get more involved instead of throwing them into it all at once, which will create a lot of push back and decrease the acceptance rate, etc..
