Ability to Copy Custom Fields

      I would like to be able to copy a custom field to create a clone of it just like is available with Workflows.

      Usage Scenario

      Example: If we have one custom field called Name1 which is associated with one issue type and project and also added in one screen.
      Now I want to have similar field in my same project and issue type with name as Name2 , Name3 and Name4. So can I copy the custom field from Name1?
