Limit number of groups initially loaded on "Groups" pop-up in "User Management"

      In order to minimize problems in synchronizing Crowd/LDAP directories with a high amount of groups, it would be nice to implement a limit to groups initially loaded when opening up the "Groups" pop-up in "User Management".
