Problem Description
Generating the backup from the latest release for JIRA Server (6.4.1) encounter the following error when importing to JIRA Cloud:
The xml data you are trying to import is from JIRA 6.4.1, which is newer than your current version of JIRA and will not work. This data can be successfully imported into JIRA 6.3.12 or later., If JIRA 6.3.12 is not yet available for download, please contact support.
Expected Result
Latest release of the JIRA Server should be supported to perform import to the JIRA Cloud instance. It is always recommended to use latest release to migrate or perform merging for the Cloud instances.

Perform a restore using the backup XML and generate a new backup XML
