      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      It would be great if JIRA Administrators could create Custom Fields to be added in User Profiles. And be able to generate report filtered with the custom user fields such as give me all issues from all users that have a value in a custom user field.
