Hi everyone,
Thank you for raising and voting on this suggestion. Your feedback is invaluable in shaping and enhancing Jira for all users. Given the high volume of feature suggestions for Jira, we must prioritize those that provide the most value to the majority of our users. After a thorough review by the team, we have decided that we will not be able to implement this suggestion natively in the near future.
We know some of our customers have had success utilising our marketplace apps to fulfil this need - please feel free to have a browse on our marketplace to see if any of them suits your needs.
Please remember that jira.atlassian.com is only one of many inputs for our roadmap. We’re continuously learning, analysing and interviewing customers to make Jira better. It would be great if JIRA Administrators could create Custom Fields to be added in User Profiles. And be able to generate report filtered with the custom user fields such as give me all issues from all users that have a value in a custom user field.
