Ability to add and remove labels in Post Function to Workflow Transition

      It would be useful to be able to add a label to an issue during a transition. This would enable filtering on issues that had passed a given status in the workflow.

      The option to remove the label again would be useful too.

            Considering that now we have limitation on the No of Automations possible and people/teams are looking for ways how to optimise their automations - there should be alternative options (which is through the Workflow post-functions) and now this is not the case.
            It should be prioritised so that we can have more flexible options for doing stuff we need.
