      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As an administrator, it would be great if we can copy memberships from one group to another group

      Eg. Imagine GroupA has 100 users. I would like to create a new GroupB with 90 of these users. Instead of manually adding these 90 users, I can copy all users from GroupA to GroupB, and then just remove 10 users from GroupB.
