The Link Issue dialog footer is not rendered properly, making it hard to link issues.

      I link issues fairly often. Since the new JIRA editor UI arrived, this is more annoying that it should be. The button appears off the screen, so to save the link I have to zoom out, click it, then reset the zoom level.

      This happens on Firefox on MAC.
