      NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding bug report.

      While on comments with a field description, the fields desc. is shown beneath the comment editor in an issue when adding a comment (m)

      If you have field desc. for the issue description, it is not shown in quick-edit.

      This is a drawback if you have some tiny formatting helpers included in the field comments via HTML/JS Code.
