JIRA Agile Getting Started keeps refreshing when username contains special characters

      Steps to Reproduce:

      • Create a username that starts with a special character, for example ( ł ).
      • Login, and click on Agile menu, and click on getting started.

      The screen will keep on refreshing, and browser console will show this error:

      event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.
