      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA has several permissions under 'Time Tracking Permissions', however none of these permissions restricts the ability to view Worklogs.

      This would be very helpful, because, as a customer, I would like to have some users view issues but yet to be able to see how much other users have worked on them.
