History tab shows wrong user for the creation event under these circumstances:

• issue is created by incoming email
• sender is not a jira user, making "default email reporter" as reporter

Reporter of issue is set correctly to "default email reporter", but in history tab a random user as it seems shows up as the one creating it. The same user seems to be used for all the tickets for the same project.

We are in fact using JETI plugin, so I'm not sure on where the problem is.
