Allow subtasks issue keys to inherit the parent issue's key.

      I'd like sub-task issue keys to inherit the issue key of their parent issues.

      E.g. so if a Story has issue key FOO-22, when its sub-tasks are created they are given issue keys along the lines of FOO-22-1, FOO-22-2, FOO-22-3, etc.

      Benefit: big improvement in clarity on Agile boards.
