      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Would be great if while authenticated using a JIRA Admin user we could impersonate any JIRA user using the REST API. It would help the integration with a 3rd party system to let users create issues without logging in to Jira.
