      I think the behaviour has changed somewhat since this ticket was first created. I just tested with the Issue Created webhook and the URL is now as follows:
      https://webhook.site/adc42e87-693f-45e1-9a09-b08a3174a1f1?triggeredByUser=<ID of user who created the issue>

      Original Description

      Currently webhook URLs are sent with user information appended in the format ?user_id=(u'sysadmin',)&user_key=(u'sysadmin',), which is unnecessary as this information is included in the JSON.
