Considering that there is a CSV Importer for CSV files; it will be great to also implement a built in CSV Exporter that allows user to export CSV issues (from the View Issue screen) together with issue description and comments.

Currently there is no easy way to generate a working CSV issue export file. From the View Issue screen; there is only XML, printable and word format.
