Currently, when creating an issue in the system dashboard and some other pages in JIRA, the 'Create issue' button opens a pop-up window to create and issue, instead or redirecting to the 'Create issue' page.

This feature can be deactivated via database or in the browser, as described in this KB. However, the first solution requires JIRA to be restarted and modifications directly in the database and the second requires scripts that don't work in OnDemand, for example.

As a customer, I would like to have a simpler and more user-friendly option, like a button, to simply disable this feature, as redirecting to the 'Create Issue' page may be more convenient.
