Add option to not retrieve Disabled users from the LDAP server

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently JIRA retrieves all users found in the LDAP server matching the Base DN and object filter used.

      If we have disabled users in the LDAP server, they will be added to JIRA as well, unless we manually add a parameter to the User Object Filter (!(UserAccountControl:1.2.840.113556.1.4.803:=2)).

      It would be great if we had an option in the User Directory configuration to check for those users without the need to change the filter.
