When trying to filter issues in basic search mode, selected values for some field (e.g user fields - reporter, assignee etc) that is being used in the search would be listed up to 10 items, after which a message like "x more option. Continue typing to refine further." as shown in the screenshot below:

Users would prefer to be able to see the complete list of selected users while they are searching for other users, it's ok if the prompt showing there are more options, can be clicked to expand to show all currently selected values.

Please note that the request is not to display the full list of selectable values, this wont be feasible as the list may contain thousands of users maching the search string in assignee or reporter case for instance. Rather it's to be able to display full list of already selected users that match the search criteria and then the list of unselected should continue underneath.
