Make transition buttons on issue view screen stand out better

While viewing an issue, the buttons to transition to other statuses are grouped with the other action buttons available for the issue (like "assign", "comment"). While the buttons are grouped slightly away from each other (there is a visible space between button groups), we have some less "tech-savy" users that can't always easily find the transition buttons (yes, I know they're right there in black and white). Could these be highlighted in some way? Or put on the very far right of the screen to separate them from the other buttons?
