Allow setting the creation/update date of an issue when creating them via the REST api

      The ability to edit creation/update date using REST api is an essential feature for importing data and synchronizing data with other systems.

      Please allow jira-administrators to edit creation date using the rest api.

      Workaround

      Use a CSV import as documented here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-change-the-issue-creation-date-using-csv-import-779160699.html
