      On the marketplace, the wallboard plugin is located at: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jirawallboard.atlassian-wallboard-plugin
      On that page the Documentation link on the right points to https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/wiki/display/WALLBOARD/Wallboards+101 which in turn redirects to a page explaining that studio.plugins.atlassian.com has been shut down and offers status updates for many project previously hosted there, however there is no information on the JIRA wallboard plugin.
