      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently setting required field will be available for both create and edit issue screen in JIRA.

      It would be great if we can enable the required field for edit issue screen only but not together with the create issue screen.
