      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      JIRA (master) needs to be upgraded to crowd in version 2.8.0-OD-16 which contains bugfixes but also some feature work. Bumping crowd in JIRA brings several compilation errors and need for bumping httpclient from httpcomponents and related dependencies. Currently JIRA depends on crowd in version 2.8.0-OD-6-JIRA-01 which is a quick release version based on 2.8.0-OD-6 and extended by cherry picked commits from 2.8.0-OD-16.
