Provide support for Wiki Markup in Custom Field descriptions

      It used to be possible to display HTML content in Custom Field descriptions prior to JIRA 6.2, it's still possible for many Custom Field types, however it's been clear that this feature will be removed entirely for security reasons from JIRA (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-37753).

      It would be great to replace this feature with the safer Wiki Markup, so that some rich content can still be added to custom field descriptions again using Wiki Markup

       

      it works in some issue field types, but not for all
