Hi,

i using the last Jira release 6.2.x

in the incoming email, to create a new issue when i send a mail, i have a problem of format with Content-type : HTML

• So if a send i email from Outlook as HTML format, in JIRA (mail handler) see it as TEXT/PLAIN

• But if i send a email from GMAIL as HTML format, in JIRA (mail handler) see it as HTML format

Do you know why from outlook the email HTML are "converted" as TEXT content type ?

i make several test with the sys admin, and may be the problem is from Outlook ... (but our outlook is standard), we don't force to convert email to text/plain
