Configure 'context' by issue type within same project(s)

      Here's the Custom Field configuration use case that I'd like to see in JIRA:

      1. Create custom single or multi select field
      2. Set primary ‘Context’ configuration for 2-3 Issue Types in either a single project (or 'global')
      3. Create second 'context' for other issue types in the previously selected project (or global)
      4. Create additional 'contexts' as needed
