Drag and drop emails for OnDemand

      It would be great to have the ability to attach emails to tickets for JIRA OnDemand, similar to the JIRA Drag and Drop Attachment Plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-dnd-attachment-plugin).

      Our team often gets emails from other teams requesting updates to our projects. Since these other people don't have access to JIRA, we often copy+paste the content of their requests into tickets. However, it would be easier to track requests and maintain accountability if we could attach emails directly to tickets.
