When setting certain fields to display on the issue-view screen, "story points" does not persist

From an initial look at the problem's description, I believe this might be configuration problem in your instance.

Therefore, could you please create a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com? That way we can provide you with support specific to your circumstances and with higher security. The credentials should be the same as for this site (https://jira.atlassian.com).
