Clone an issue that was cloned from another issue, does not give the "Clone Links" checkbox

    Description

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Steps to reproduce :

      • create a new, simple issue (without any links) "issue1"
      • clone this issue to "issue2" - this automatically creates a link between "issue1" and "issue2"
      • now, start cloning "issue2" - and get no "clone links" option
      • create a other link from "issue2" to "issue1" manually
      • start cloning "issue2" - and get the "clone links" option
