Bulk Delete Custom Fields

      Provide ability to bulk delete custom fields. This should be handy when performing maintenance (removing unused custom fields) for a large instance.

      Workaround

      1. Use the GET fields paginated API to find the IDs of the custom fields.
      2. Generate a list of custom fields to be deleted from the results of step #1.
      3. Use the DELETE custom field API to remove the fields in bulk.
