The STOP WATCHING feature no longer works.
When clicking the link, the user is removed as a watcher.
However, when refreshing the page, the user is added back as a watcher.
This issue was discovered in the DOWNLOAD version of JIRA.
An internet search has led to the discovery that the issue has also occured in the ON DEMAND version.
