Some company have staff that has visually impaired and therefore uses a magnifier software called Dolphin Supernova 12.08. But, when they hover a mouse its becomes incredibly glitchy and magnifies the parts mouse over for a short period of time and not other parts and is ultimately unusable.

Temporary workaround:

1. Navigate to 'file' -> 'New' -> 'map'.
2. Set the map to 'No MSAA' option.
3. Restart the client PC.
