    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

One of our clients asked us to debug some weird behaviour on Chrome browser, so we did, over the wire. They say the behaviour is erratic (i.e. some have it, some don't).

      http://bugs.kepler-rominfo.com/browse/KBA-21
      http://bugs.kepler-rominfo.com/browse/KBA-22

Env: poor network conditions, Chrome latest (Chrome 33.0.1750117M), JIRA in safe mode ( i.e. no plugins enabled).

Problem: Besides it's slow to load (which is understandable), Chrome time-outs on some resources, randomly picked, and everything will blow up, eventually. F5+F5 in the browser, page remains blank.
It is worth to note that sometimes the pages were loaded very fast, sometimes very slow if at all.

Puzzling: FF and IE do not have the same behaviour, even for those poor network conditions. They act slow, but the resources (js, images, etc) are loaded, eventually.

I sincerely do not believe this is a JIRA problem, but rather a Chrome one, however it should be investigated and reported, if it is confirmed, to the Chromium team.
