'mentioning' a user should display users in that project only

      It seems that the @username function when used within a description will allow a user to address only a user within that project but if used in a comment a user can address the comment to any user on any project.

      Surely the comments should work the same way as the description.

      It is a fairly major issue that users who are not on the same project can contact each other

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request ID-8129 – Ability to restrict what Projects, users or groups appear in @-mention results which has more votes.
