Issue Collectors should be embeddable in pages in Confluence OnDemand without needing the HTML Macro

Currently the only way to embed Issue Collectors anywhere is via the HTML or Javascript snippets given after you create it. As a result, it's not possible to put them on a Confluence page in OnDemand, as we don't allow the HTML Macro in OnDemand.

There should be some method by which Issue Collectors can be embedded without needing the HTML Macro.
