      As a user, I want to have one single issue view able from different projects. For Linking Issues feature, we have to open new issues per all projects and link between them. Our idea (we had it in some inhouse developed bug tracking tool) is to propagate issue to all projects using the same component or other common item or manually - i.e. without a need to create multiple issues.
