Allow mail server interact with the load balancing in JIRA

      Currently, if the SMTP mail server is using load balancing, JIRA is using only the first reachable IP address resolved by DNS even thought the SMTP Server is not reachable (port 25 is not open).

      It will be very useful to add an availability check in the Atlassian mail plugin to force the javamail to pick up the second address in the list so that JIRA can interact with the load balancing.
