Animated GIFs attached to a JIRA issue do not animate

      A colleague of mine Bob Koutsky is seriously concerned with this issue:

      If I attach an animated image to a JIRA issue, it fails to animate when displayed on the ticket's main page. One has to click on it to see the animation. See attached example.

      This severely reduces comical value of animated gifs attached to JIRA issues.

      Note that the thumbnail displayed when upload the image shows animation correctly.
