Average Time in status gadget only applies to resolved issues - expand to other statuses

      The average time in status charting gadget only applies to resolved tickets. So you can only get reports on how long a ticket or tickets have been in a status if they are resolved.

      We would really like to be able to track time in status for all currently open and resolved issues issues and display that as a series-based graph. Is this something that could be added to the Time Status Gadget or a further gadget provided that would do this?
