Easy way to filter all issues with attachments (patches)

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

I'd like a way to easily filter all the issues which have patches associated with them. I've not figured out how to do this.

Use case: you're working on a busy open source project and folks submit many issues. However the ones where folks submit a patch too - should be higher priority since someone else has already gone to the trouble of fixing your issue

A simple way of doing it is to allow a new field on the filter screen allowing attachments to be filtered out. Or adding a new column 'attachments y/n' to the tabular view of issues.

Unless there's a clever way to do this now already?
