Create an option to make Work Description a required field

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Currently there is no option to make the Work Description field in View Issue Screen >> More >> Log Work a required field. Having one would be nice.

      The best options seem to be the following plugins:
